Since the age of 5, Anis has practiced karate and nurtured a deep passion for martial arts. This journey instilled in him respect and rigor, values that today constitute the essence of his professional practice.
Driven by a deep desire for discovery, he has traveled to more than 22 countries across six continents, combining physical activity and immersion in nature. His treks include the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, the Routeburn Track and the Abel Tasman Coast Track in New Zealand, the Torres del Paine in Chile, Argentine Patagonia, and the steppes of Mongolia.
His often perilous expeditions have taught him to deal with the unexpected and find the right balance between effort and rest, simplicity and adventure. Principles that he now puts to the service of his patients.
